GOKDOM Scholarship is run by the Directorate of minorities, Government of Karnataka for the minority students. The Directorate of minorities, Government of Karnataka launched various scholarships for the students belonging to the minority communities (Sikh, Persis, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, and Jains) The GOKDOM Scholarship 2021 is one of them. Through these scholarships they are given financial assistance so they can go ahead and make a decent academic and professional career for themselves. Pre-Matric Scholarship Minorities, Karnataka

This scholarship is launched by Directorate of minorities, Government of Karnataka for the minority students of class 1st to 10th. Under this scholarship the students of Karnataka are provided tuition fee and maintenance allowance.

Eligibility Criteria

The students who are interested can check their eligibility criteria here:

  • The candidate must be a student of classes 1st to 10th.
  • The candidate must belong to a minority community.
  • Candidate must have secured minimum 50% marks in their last examination.
  • The family annual income of the candidate shouldn’t be more than Rs.1 lakh from all sources.
  • Students of some other sate who are studying in Karnataka are not eligible.
  • The domicile of Karnataka who are studying in different state can apply.
